This license agreement is between you, the licensee, and Merahburam Studio, the licensor. By purchasing or downloading any digital products (icons, illustrations, web, and apps design templates) licensed by Merahburam Studio, you automatically consent to the following terms and conditions:

All ownership and copyright of the licensed digital product remain the property of Merahburam Studio.
The licensee can use digital products royalty-free for personal, commercial, and client projects, including advertising, web and app design, multimedia design, video, and games. Merahburam Studio must approve any additional uses in writing.
Our digital products may be altered, cropped, modified, or manipulated for your needs.

If you have questions or concerns regarding this license or want to negotiate alternate permission for a use not permitted here, don't hesitate to contact us via email.

Your purchase and use of our products imply that you have read and accepted the terms of this license.

The licensee must also comply with the following restrictions.

You may not sub-license, resell, rent, transfer, or redistribute the digital products without Merahburam Studio's express permission.
You may not place these licenses on any website in a complete or archived downloadable format or enable them to distribute in any other way.
You may not include the digital products in any web template, including those web-based, but not limited to website designs and presentation templates.
Modifying our digital products or other materials does not free you to sell, license, or distribute them.
The digital products are not permitted to incorporate into other logos or trademarks without Merahburam Studio's express permission.
You may not use or allow anyone else to use the digital products to create pornographic, libelous, obscene, or defamatory material.

Termination & Revocation

The license contained in this agreement will automatically terminate without notice from Merahburam Studio if you fail to comply with any of the provisions of this agreement or fail to pay in full. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using our digital products, delete or remove all material containing our design from your place, and confirm the completion to Merahburam Studio in writing. Suppose Merahburam Studio finds anyone guilty of copying, stealing, reselling, leasing, or renting our digital products. In that case, all licenses will automatically cancel and be liable for legal action.

Merahburam Studio reserves the right to revoke its license to use the Licensed Material for a good cause and choose to replace such Licensed Material with alternative Licensed Material. Upon notification of revocation of such license, you must immediately discontinue using such Licensed Material and, where possible, ensure that your clients and customers do the same. You shall delete all electronic copies of Licensed Material from electronic storage media, confirming the same to Merahburam Studio in writing.

Disclaimer

All licensed digital products are provided "as is" without warranty, either expressed or implied. You agree to hold Merahburam Studio harmless for any consequences that may occur during the use or inability to use these licensed digital products. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising from the use or inability to use our products. Merahburam Studio is not responsible for any damages deriving from defects in our materials.

Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Merahburam Studio. Since our product is a digital file, all designs are not refundable or exchangeable. No refund will be offered for products once sold. However, we can replace the file if it is damaged or lost. Just send an email, and we will inspect it and notify you about our decision.

Reserved rights

We reserve the right to change the prices of our digital products without prior notice and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice at our sole discretion. Any such changes will reflect on this page.
